Fool

So. Saw HER Wednesday, finished up tax stuff, determined who's paying what, etc.
Saw SLPTG later that night. Was good.
Went to big, ugly blue place last night to drop off paperwork.
Slowly getting settled into the new place. It's so much quieter. Interesting.
So, today's 0401. April 1. April Fool's. Hopefully no practical jokes will be played on me. Just not in the mood for it.

April 1 was my Godfather's birthday. My Uncle. So, I always think of him. He passed away far too many years ago, but I respected him so much, I still think of him often. The kind of man that other men looked up to and respected. Was in the construction business, and I've never seen as many men crying as they were at his funeral. He was loved and respected by many. His wife passed away a few years later, then his daughter just recently. It's actually kind of sad. Genetics, lifestyle choices and cardiovascular insult.
Sorry for the somber tone of this blog, that's just hot it goes today.
